新禾联创是杭州首家社区型青年创业园区，这里是杭州电商直播的“宇宙中心”。直播带货“一姐”薇娅所在的MCN机构谦寻就是发源于新禾联创这块电商直播的热土。
本次设计依据项目背景及其电商直播产业园性质，空间整体是由白色奠定开放自由的基调，通过几何解构的设计手法，形成有节奏感的视觉效果，向人们具象展示其向上的蓬勃生命力。

COMPANY PROFILE
新禾联创数字时尚产业园位于钱塘智慧城电商直播产业群核心区域，占地116亩，建筑面积18万方。园区立足区位和产业优势，基于杭州成熟的电商业态，更是借助了淘宝直播的风口，逐渐形成了电商直播的聚集效应。园区入驻企业涉及直播供应链、直播基地、MCN机构、新媒体服务商、网红主播等电商直播电商产业链的各环节。
Xinhe Lianchuang Digital Fashion Industrial Park is located in the core area of Qiantang Wisdom City e-commerce live industry cluster, covering an area of 116 acres, with a construction area of 180,000 square meters. Based on its location and industrial advantages, the park has gradually formed the gathering effect of live e-commerce based on Hangzhou's mature e-commerce business, and moreover, with the windfall of Taobao live broadcast. The park is occupied by enterprises involved in the live broadcast supply chain, live broadcast base, MCN institutions, new media service providers, netizen anchors and other aspects of the e-commerce live e-commerce industry chain.

前厅以最简单的几何元素作为设计切入点，顶面错落的线状灯饰以及白色方形前台，增强空间层次感的同时完善空间语言结构。侧面采用方块装饰柜将前台与开放式办公区进行分隔，装饰柜既可以分隔空间，又具有实用功能，达到功能与形式的统一。
The front hall takes the simplest geometric elements as the design entry point, with staggered linear lights on the top surface and a white square front desk, enhancing the sense of space hierarchy while improving the language structure of space. The front desk is separated from the open office area by a square decorative cabinet on the side, which can both separate the space and have practical functions, achieving the unity of function and form.

开放式办公区地面采用低饱和度的“轻体地材”——PVC地板。顶面采用裸顶，有利于空气流通，缓解人员较密集之处的紧迫感。选用LED平板灯作为主要照明。明亮的光线完全平面输出，发光角度宽，光线柔和不刺眼，尽可能为工作人员营造舒适、高效的工作环境，体现园区的人文关怀。
The floor of the open office area is made of low-saturation "light body flooring" - PVC flooring. The roof is bare, which is conducive to air circulation and alleviates the sense of urgency in the more crowded areas. LED flat panel lights are chosen as the main lighting. The bright light is completely flat output, with a wide luminous angle and soft, non-blinding light, creating a comfortable and efficient working environment for staff as much as possible and reflecting the humanistic care of the park.

休闲区采用木地板、圆形吊灯，在柔化空间的同时营造温馨、舒适的氛围。软装介入其中，充满设计元素与情景打造。同时休闲区面向大面积落地玻璃窗，具有绝佳的观赏视野，置身于其中，令人愉悦、放松。
The lounge area uses wooden flooring and round chandeliers to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere while softening the space. Soft furnishings intervene in it, full of design elements and scenario creation. At the same time, the lounge area faces large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, with excellent viewing horizons, which is pleasant and relaxing to be in.

独立办公室延续整体氛围基调的同时进一步提升空间趣味性和呼吸感。顶面是线形灯和凹槽灯的结合，增加空间的纵深感。办公室采用少量砖红色家具作为空间中的点缀，增加活跃感，同时与开放式办公区的装饰柜的砖红色层板相呼应。
The independent office continues the overall ambiance while further enhancing the interest and breathability of the space. The top surface is a combination of linear and cove lighting, adding depth to the space. A small amount of brick-red furniture is used in the office as an accent to add a sense of activity, while echoing the brick-red laminate of the decorative cabinets in the open office area.
